Completely safe, the Oxygen Depletion Sensor shuts off the heater before the oxygen drops to an unsafe level. This model comes with top mounted controls, thermostat, push button ignition and a standing pilot. The Hearthrite vent free infrared heaters operate with a 99.9% AFUE Efficiency. Standard installation is wall mounted but a floor stand can be purchased separately as an optional installation. An optional blower is also available for added circulation.Professional installation by a certified gas technician is required. Models using Propane Gas must be operated with a 100 lb or larger tank and an external regulator with an output of 11 – 14″ WC must be used.Repairs must be done by a qualified service contractor.
