   The BEST thing about these Ryobi tools is the ability to swap out batteries! I was using both the drill and the impact driver and luckily, I have other Ryobi tools and batteries, so when one ran down, I just swapped out the battery from them, and right back to work (The batteries are long lasting, but on extended projects it is great to have backups, so you are not sitting around waiting for them to charge, even though they also charge quickly as well). They both are lightweight, powerful, and easy to grip and hold. I work on wooden posts a lot around our home, and I prefer to use screws instead of nails as they hold things together tighter and easier to take apart if needed. Previously I only had a corded and cordless drill, and neither could drill the screws all the way in, so I would have to first drill out the holes and then go back and drill the screws in, and even then, it was a struggle. Having never used an impact driver I was not sure what to expect and what was the difference between the two. (See video) But now I am so happy that I no longer have to do twice the work, as the impact driver powers the screws right into the thick fenceposts easily, without having to pre-drill the holes. (Ooh Ooh More Power!) The bits are easy to swap out with one hand and a light to see what I am working on as I am drilling. The drill is great for more precise and delicate jobs, with the 2-speed gearbox and the 24-bit clutch to speed up or slow down the drilling process. Especially good for smaller screws, you do not want to over tighten them, so they imbed into the wood. It is super easy to change out the bits, no using a torque wrench to do so, like my other older drills. It also has a light that illuminates your work area and stays on for a few seconds after you release the trigger. I am extremely happy and so glad that I got these two great power tools from Ryobyi!
