   Nice hammer drill! This 18V hammer drill performs as well as my plug in version. No problem making a 1/2 hole in footing concrete and even easier when drilling into cement block. With a 4.0 AH battery this is not a light drill but it’s actually feels very well balanced even without the side handle. When I compare with my plug-in pistol grip hammer drill, this drill feels better when not using the side handle and they are about equivalent with side handle. Works well as a drill driver as well. Have not used it long enough to know how it will hold up but my impression is it is very well made and will hold up well.
