RIDGID introduces the R9207 18V 2-Tool Combo Kit. This RIDGID 2-Tool Combo Kit features an 18V 1/2 in. Drill/Driver, 18V 6-1/2 in. Circular Saw, 18V 2.0 Ah battery, 18V 4.0 Ah battery, and a charger. The 18V 1/2 in. Drill/Driver features a powerful motor that delivers 525 in./lbs. of torque and provides 20% faster drilling when compared to the previous generation (R8600521). This model is 15% lighter weight and offers enhanced ergonomics while still delivering the power needed around the jobsite.

The 18V 1/2 in. Drill/Driver includes a 2-speed gearbox that provides speed of 0-500 RPM or 0-1,800 RPM. The 1/2 in. single sleeve ratcheting chuck holds bits tight and secure. The 18V 6-1/2 Circular Saw is compact and lightweight but still provides up to 3,700 RPM for fast, powerful cuts through tough material. The large, stamped font on the heavy-duty aluminum base provides easy visibility on the jobsite.

   This is a great package at a great price. This is great if you dont want to spend a lot of money. The drill is smooth and powerful. Itll handle most tasks around the shop and home. The trigger action is very smooth. Its very easy to start at a slow speed if needed. The torque is adjustable and helps keep you from over-tightening fasteners. The saw is light and easy to use. I like that the blade is on the left side, making it easier for use right-handers to see it and the cut. The markings on the light aluminum plate are very easy to see. It uses a standard 5/8 arbor and replacement blades are easily found. The motor is quick to start and stop. This kit comes with two batteries, I like that theyre not the same size and Im able to choose the one that fits the job best. The batteries are quickly charged with the included charger and all can be kept clean and organized in the included bag. Dont forget to register the tools and get lifetime service.
