It’s powered by one 18V LXT battery, the same fast-charging battery that powers the full range of products in the expanding LXT System.The XML12 has an ergonomic composite deck that weighs less for reduced required push force and easier transport. It features a 13 cutting width for small spaces and a compact 14 deck ideal for detailed landscaping. The grass catcher bag holds up to 0.85 bushels of grass. The Makita-built brushless motor delivers 4,300 RPM for faster cutting, and a2-in-1 design that allows for mulching or bagging.The XML12 offers convenience features including a single lever that quickly adjusts cutting height from 13/16 to 3, a rotary blade with a full 13 cutting width, and a grass level indicator that floats when the bag is empty and collapses when the bag is full. It also features a folding handle for easy storage, and a rubberized grip for added user comfort.
